Pronova AB is a family-owned company that has been manufacturing packaging machines and bags for over 50 years. Our premises include offices for sales, administration, and design, a workshop for processing and assembly, and a factory with printing presses and bag production. Pronova's packaging systems are sold throughout Europe via resellers and distributors.

Job Description

In your role as a machine operator, you and your team will be responsible for keeping the processes running in the machines where the bags are produced. You will follow the entire process, making the work varied and stimulating. You will continuously ensure that the process runs according to the customer's order and perform frequent quality checks. Production takes place in bright, nice premises, and the entire company is characterized by a family spirit.

Education

To be qualified to apply for this position, you should have completed studies at least at the high school level, as well as a good ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Experience

If you have previous experience in industrial work, this is an advantage but not a requirement. Great emphasis will be placed on your personal suitability.

Personal Qualifications

You who are applying need to be able to work according to a rotating two-shift schedule (morning/afternoon) but also have the opportunity to work nights some weeks. Salary and Employment Conditions

Salary according to collective agreement

The employment is a permanent position, where the first 6 months constitute a fixed-term employment. After this period, the employment will transition to permanent, provided that everything works well.
